Assignment Title: Generating Plant Asset Condition Assessmen<\/strong>t<\/p>\n Grenada Electricity Services Ltd. (Grenlec) is currently implementing an asset condition assessment at each of its diesel generating plants in Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. In this regard Grenlec is desirous of engaging suitably interested parties in a Terms of Reference (ToR) bid to provide the required assessment of its generating assets. Scope of Services<\/strong><\/p>\n The services shall be carried out in accordance with generally accepted standards of professional practice, following recognized engineering and management principles and practices. The consultants’ scope of work is understood to cover all activities necessary to accomplish the stated objectives of these services while adhering to the aforementioned principles and practices, whether or not a specific activity is cited in these Terms of Reference. \nThe consulting services (“the Services”) include but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
\nThe services will include carrying out site visits, reviewing Plant and OEM documentation, conducting personnel interviews performing analyses and preparing documentation including preparation of final completion report.
\nThe assignment should be completed within a three-month period.
\nGrenlec now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications ( description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). The firm must have at least 10 years’ experience in asset management and conducting asset integrity audits, preferably in the power generation sector. Experience working in the Caribbean will be an asset.<\/p>\n\n
