Photo credit: UWI SRC<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The first explosive eruption has\u00a0occurred\u00a0at the La Soufriere volcano in St Vincent and the\u00a0Grenadines.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">It was recorded\u00a0around 8:41 am.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">The UWI Seismic Research Centre says this is a culmination of the seismic activity that began on April 8.
