The conference brought together over fifty (50) human resource, corporate communications, and customer service professionals from eleven (11) member electric utilities, two (2) Independent Power Producers (IPPs), and one (1) Associate Member.\u00a0 The event featured prominent speakers from each discipline, who delivered very interactive and engaging presentations on pertinent and trending topics, under the theme, \u201cPutting People First: Compassionate Approaches to Human Resource Management (HRM), Corporate Communications and Customer Care\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conference also featured in-depth and solution-based discussions, extensive networking, comradery, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, all in one exciting and stimulating event.
