The new cards require 95% less carbon to produce and they are reusable, recyclable and compostable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The cards are manufactured by Sweden-based Iggesund who are listed in the UN Global Compact 100 (GC100).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BELCO gift cards can be given as gifts or to those who may need extra assistance. Funds can be added to the cards at any time by anyone. The cards can be redeemed by calling 295-5111 and speaking to one of our customer care representatives or in person at BELCO at 27 Serpentine Road.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BELCO President Wayne Caines said: \u201cAt BELCO we are constantly seeking ways to reduce our carbon footprint and environmental impact both locally and globally. While this is a small measure, it is part of our larger strategy to become a greener Company and every little bit helps us on our journey.
