Abstract: The imposition of Covid-19 restrictions has placed limitations on networking in large groups and social interaction in close proximity, two activities which support a successful training environment.  As a result, the Training & Development Officer (TDO) had to pivot her approach to managing the training of large numbers of employees, in a long-standing institution composed of three utilities with varied working schedules. How do you introduce virtual training to employees who are used to face-to-face interaction and are resisting the move towards virtual learning?  Follow the TDO as she takes you on her journey championing workers to adapt to a newly introduced blended learning approach using a customized learning management system.
