for
Security Guard Services
CARILEC owns property on Desir Avenue, Sans Souci, Castries, where the Secretariat of the Corporation is housed. The Corporation occupies the second floor of the building and leases the first floor to various tenants. The objective of the RFP is to provide quality, consistent and effective unarmed security guard services to the CARILEC Secretariat, which would assist in ensuring that the Client’s employees, tenants, property and visitors are safe. This service will also include the security requirements of the FLOW Central Exchange Facility and various tenants of FLOW, located on the adjacent property on Desir Avenue, based on collaborative arrangements between CARILEC and FLOW.
CARILEC wishes to engage a firm that is capable of providing security guard services as outlined in the RFP, available on this page, commencing September 9th 2019 and invites eligible security firms to submit proposals in this regard. The proposal shall follow the format at Appendix A in the RFP. Proposals should be submitted by close of business, 5:00 p.m., on August 21st, 2019 to the Executive Director, CARILEC, P. O. Box CP5907, Desir Avenue, Sans Souci, Castries. Proposals may also be submitted electronically to edirector@carilec.org. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
