Please be advised that NDAs are to be returned electronically at (rfi@jpsco.com) for the attention of the undersigned.  As soon as the signed NDA(s) is received, we will forward a copy of the tender documentation for your attention.

Note also that this Agreement will be in effect for a period of five (5) years.”
