Notice of RFP:  Notice is hereby given that the Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation (CARILEC) has initiated a Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the procurement of the following ITC-Based Consulting Services:

Development and Design of the CAREEP Learning Management System (LMS) for an Awareness-Raising and Capacity-Building on Energy Efficiency (EE) in Caribbean Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs).
