REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP): Dominica International Airport 11kV Switchgear Installation Project

The Dominica Electricity Services Limited (DOMLEC) invites Requests for Proposal for the transportation and installation of the following medium voltage equipment to be installed at the “Main Substation” and “Passenger Terminal” buildings at the new International Airport located at Palm Tree.

1. Medium voltage switchgear consisting of 8 panels of metal-clad free-standing vertical structures.
2. Two 1600kVA pad mounted dry type transformers with enclosures
3. Two 800kVA pad mounted dry type transformers with enclosures
4. Two indoor type Ring Main Units
5. Installation of one battery cubicle and one auxillary panel (both items – h=6ft; d=3ft; w=3ft)
6. Installation of 200ft of 12-inch-wide cable trays and supports

Proposals must contain the following:

1. Experience in the installation of medium voltage equipment
2. Name of the company, to include contact information
3. Certificate of registration of the company
