The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting proposals for the following:
PR-13-25 Engineering and Project Management Services for Water Distribution Territory Wide

The Authority shall hold a Pre-Bid Meeting on Thursday, May 8, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m., AST.

Please note that the last day for submitting any questions to this proposal is Thursday, May 15th, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., AST. Responses to questions submitted in accordance with this request for proposal shall be transmitted to offerors no later than Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., AST.
A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., AST.
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
