(Castries – Tuesday, March 9, 2026) – Belize will welcome professionals from across the Caribbean as the Caribbean Electric Utility Services Corporation (CARILEC) hosts its 2026 Human Resource, Corporate Communications and Customer Service (HRCCCS) Conference from March 22–25, 2026. The conference is being held in partnership with Belize Electricity Limited (BEL) and will bring together leaders and professionals responsible for shaping workplace culture, communications, and customer experience within their organizations.
CARILEC is a regional association of energy solutions providers, including electric utilities, independent power producers (IPPs), suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the energy sector. As part of its commitment to knowledge sharing and professional development, CARILEC hosts this Conference as one of its flagship events. The conference brings together professionals in Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Customer Service for learning, collaboration, and networking through interactive workshops, panel discussions, and expert-led presentations.
Over eighty (80) experts in the fields of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Customer Service, from across the region will converge to discuss industry trends, best practices, challenges, and solutions, centered around the theme “Aligning Purpose for Authentic Engagement and Impact.”
