The CARILEC Resilient/Renewable Energy Community (CAREC) Conference & Exhibition is CARILEC’s annual forum for advancing resilient, renewable, and sustainable energy solutions across the Caribbean. Each year, CAREC brings together utility and IPP leaders, policymakers, regulators, suppliers, investors, innovators, and development partners to shape the region’s energy future through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and action-driven dialogue.
In 2026, we head to the Bahamas under the theme “Empowering Progress: Strategic Policy and Planning for the Energy Transition.” This year’s conference will focus on strengthening policy frameworks, improving long-term energy planning, and building the institutional and regulatory foundations needed to accelerate clean energy adoption across the region.
