Call For Presenters
In an era defined by rapid technological shifts, climate urgency, and complex geopolitical, environmental, and social challenges, traditional leadership models are no longer sufficient. The CARILEC 2026 CEOs and Leadership Conference, being held under the theme: “Leading with Purpose: Innovating for a Resilient and Sustainable Future” brings together forward-thinking executives, industry experts, and policymakers to reimagine how organizations, industries and countries can thrive amid uncertainty.
This conference centers on the critical intersection of purpose-driven culture, innovative technology, and sustainability. Participants will explore how to transition from traditional growth models to sustainable, circular, and regenerative practices. The event will highlight that true resilience requires more than risk management, compliance and “business as usual”; it requires innovating to build inclusive societies and environmentally responsible and robust systems. Key themes will include accelerating decarbonization, harnessing and leveraging AI, digital tools, and data analytics to meet sustainability goals and improve reporting, building agile, empathetic leadership that empowers teams, how to align organizational purpose with strategy to attract talent and build long-term value, how to use sustainable design and resource efficiency to “future-proof” operations and creating pathways for collaborative action through cross-sector dialogue to drive systemic change.
