PART 1: Writing Up Non-Conformance

Environment Health & Safety Management System audit in 2020 is now increasingly conducted where resources are under pressure to provide material, pointed, and risk-based audit results while balancing budgetary realities. This short course will feature practical support approaches and methods to guide management system auditors in crafting well-articulated non-conformances statements which will be clear and beneficial to enable process owners to conduct causal analysis and take corrective action.

Pre-requisite: General familiarity with the ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

PART 2: Effective Correction

11:00am – 12:30pm

MEET THE PRESENTER


LUCIEN CATTRYSSE

Lucien Cattrysse is a Director with the PwC Sustainable Business Solutions practice in Canada. He specializes in the area of operational risk management and environment social and corporate governance (ESG) and enterprise risk management (ERM), with more than 30 years of experience in the electrical utility, air transport, public administration, high tech, and manufacturing sectors. Lucien has led and advised NA and Caribbean utility clients on operational risk management system development, implementations, internal audit and verification for ISO certifications in the areas of environmental (ISO 14001), occupational health & safety (ISO 45001), business continuity management (ISO22301) and asset management (ISO 55001). This extends into working to align ESG to integrate with Enterprise Risk Management (ISO 31000/COSO), Corporate Sustainability Reporting (ISO 26000), and Financial Reporting on Climate Risk (per TCFD recommendations).

Lucien has worked with over 270 private and public-sector clients in Canada, US, UK, Germany, Mexico, Malaysia, and the Caribbean. He is bilingual, performing services in English and French, and holds Level II Secret security clearance.
