ABOUT THIS EVENT

The 2019 Engineering and Procurement Conference and Exhibition under the theme: ‘Partnering for Sustainable Energy Solutions, Innovation and Resilience’ is designed to inform, inspire and innovate. It is a specially designed conference that provides a premier technical forum for reporting and learning about the latest in research and development, innovations and best practices in Electricity and Energy Engineering.

It provides a common platform to foster participation and exchange among engineers in the electricity and energy industries and will facilitate a better understanding about the global technological developments and scientific advancements by simultaneously equating with the pace of science, technology and business areas in the fields of Energy Engineering.

The Conference allows delegates to have engineering and procurement issues addressed by high-level practitioners and recognized global experts who are up to date with the latest developments in the Electricity, Energy and Procurement fields and offers delegates a fantastic opportunity to meet and make new contacts in their highly specialized field.

The Conference will be held on the 23-27 June 2019 in Curacao.

GUEST LODGING RATES

The following Single/Double Occupancy European Plan (EP) Nightly Room Rates will be in effect during the Event:

Resort View: $140

Partial Water view: $150

 

Room Rate does not include:

  • Room Tax and Service Charge is 26.26%
  • Maid gratuity is $4.50 + 9% tax per room per day
  • Bellman gratuity is $7.50 per person roundtrip + 9% tax
  • Additional Per Person Fee (i.e. 3rd/4th guest in the room) $25 per person, subject to 9% sales tax for those 13 years or older. Children 12 and under are complimentary.

 

The guest room rates for the Event will apply three (3) days before and after the peak dates of the Event, based on room type availability.
