Lineworkers Rodeo, Symposium and Field Safety Training 2026

CARILEC’s Lineworkers Symposium and Rodeo is an event dedicated to enhancing the skills, safety, and professional development of Lineworkers across the Caribbean. This event brings together technical professionals for an exciting blend of competition, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on training designed to elevate industry standards and promote a culture of safety and excellence within the energy sector.

The Lineworkers Symposium and Rodeo is being held from April 24 – 26, 2026 in Dominica under the theme Skill. Strength. Safety.

The 2026 theme, Skill. Strength. Safety., celebrates the enduring values that define Caribbean lineworkers and their vital contribution to regional energy resilience. This triad reflects the technical expertise required to navigate complex utility systems, the physical and mental fortitude demanded by the field, and the uncompromising commitment to safety that safeguards lives and infrastructure.

As lineworkers climb, connect, and restore under challenging conditions, this theme serves as a rallying call, honoring their precision, grit, and vigilance. It reinforces the event’s purpose: to showcase excellence, foster camaraderie, and elevate operational standards across the region’s utilities. CARILEC’s Lineworkers Rodeo also serves as a cornerstone of workforce development, sector pride, and regional collaboration. Through its continued stewardship, CARILEC ensures that this event not only celebrates skill and strength, but also cultivates a culture of safety, innovation, and unity among member utilities.

Whether in competition or collaboration, skill, strength, and safety are integral to the Caribbean lineworker legacy, and CARILEC’s commitment ensures that legacy continues to thrive.

This event is a must-attend for professionals looking to refine their skills, stay updated on industry best practices, and network with regional counterparts in a highly interactive and educational environment.
