About Saint Vincent

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is a stunning, mountainous, and volcanic island nation in the eastern Caribbean. The 2026 Occupational Health & Safety Symposium will be hosted at the Beachcombers Hotel . The journey began in 1990, evolving from a 3-bedroom family seaside cottage into a welcoming 5-bedroom “inn on the beach.” Today, the hotel proudly boasts 56 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant & bar, a state-of-the-art fully air-conditioned conference centre, capable of accommodating 300 guests, and a pool & deck area that offers stunning views of the beach. Accommodation Rate

US$153 inclusive of 11% vat and 10% service charge, breakfast can be added for an additional US$20

Kindly note a 1-night deposit is needed to secure all reservations. Guests have up to 3 weeks before their arrival date to cancel without any penalty.  Any cancellation after 3 weeks will result in loss of the deposit.  Same day cancellations or no shows will result in all reserved nights being charged to their credit card.
