With more than 35 years of distinguished service in the hospitality industry, Dr. Anderson has built expertise across food and beverage, accounting, rooms division, and project management, establishing himself as one of the region’s most accomplished leaders.</p>
<p>Dr. Anderson holds Bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality Management and Behavioral Science, a Master’s in Hospitality Management, and a Doctorate in Management. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to leadership, community development, and the tourism sector, Dr. Anderson was also conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Management and Leadership.</p>
<p>Beyond his leadership role at Sandals, Dr. Anderson serves as an executive member of the St. Lucia Hospitality and Tourism Association, Chairman of the Tourism Enhancement Fund, and Chair of the Air Lift Committee. He is also actively engaged in various social and community groups, reinforcing his deep commitment to service, people development, and the advancement of Caribbean hospitality.
