Four (4) Outcomes are also articulated in the 2023-2030 Plan, as follows:

future for the Caribbean, the Association’s members are committed to
reducing the level of exposure to fuel price risk by leveraging
opportunities for renewable energy generation in our region and optimizing
our energy mix.
3. The establishment of new energy services related to energy
efficiency, decentralized RE and/or e-mobility are critical to the energy
transitioning process. We support a cleaner energy future and are
