BLPC - Domestic customers total is net of 10% discount on Basic Rate that is allowed for residential customers for early
payment and includes VAT. Note 2 (BL&P): Most Commercial and Industrial customers can reclaim VAT, thus the total for
commercial & industrial customers excludes VAT.

CUC- Includes Government fuel duty rate of US$0.90/IG or US$0.0519/kWh a license and regulatory fee of US$0.0094/kWh. A
facility charge of $6.20 (Residential), $34.32 (General Commercial) or $180.00 (Large Commercial) is also included.
Industrial Customer using 100,000 kWh per month : 0.1384 (1st 30kWh): 0.1142 (Remainder)

Domlec - Yes (15% VAT applicable on charges for all categories, with exception of the domestic category where VAT is
applicable on units consumed in excess of 100 kWh monthly).

GBPC – VAT payable on bill

GRENLEC – VAT 15% of non-fuel amount (base charge). VAT exemption on domestic usage 99 kWh. Floor area charge also
applied to commercial customers at a rate of 20 cents per 50 sq ft per month, Horse Power rating charge to industrial
customers $2.00 per kWh per month for each kilowatt comprised in the maximum power output rating of all motors and
appliances connected.

T&TEC - VAT is payable on bill; Subsidies are provided for 500kWh (US$136 maximum annual subsidy) The subsidy is only
applicable to persons in receipt of the Senior Citizens’ Pension, Disability or Public Assistance Grant, or TT Food Card whose
average bi-monthly consumption for the last six (6) months does not exceed 500kWh.
