Richard Solomon is Principal Consultant and Managing Director of Development Consulting Center Limited (DCC), a firm he founded in 1997 that focuses on Organizational Development; he is also CEO of INFOSERV People Tech Solutions Limited (Nigeria) a firm that supports organization and human development through cuttingedge IT solutions. Richard holds a BA in Business Management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Organization Development, an MBA specializing in Organization Transformation. He also holds a second MBA specializing in Strategic Human Resource Management and is pursuing a PhD. in Management Psychology at the University of Trinidad and Tobago.
He has been trained and certified in various disciplines including: organization development, strategic planning, change management, corporate performance management (balance scorecard), financial management, psychometric evaluation (Extended DISC & MBTI), occupational analysis, curriculum development, laboratory education, leadership development and systems change.

Michael T. Stewart
Founder and Executive Director, Communication Consultants Tobago Limited
Mr. Michael A.T Stewart is the founder and Executive Director of Communication Consultants Tobago Limited, a company that provides that provides private and confidential counselling, mediation in disputes and leadership and personal development training.for individuals, government and private organisations. He earned a Bsc in Psychology and a Diploma in Mass Communication (Hon.) from the University of the West Indies Mona Jamaica. Mr. Stewart is also a professional motivational speaker, certified leadership trainer and coach mentored by two of the top five international professional speakers in the world, Les Brown and Leadership guru John C. Maxwell. Among Mr. Stewart’s professional accomplishments, he is a Board Certified Mediator, and part of the Court Annex Mediation and Peer Resolution programs. Mr. Stewart is a published author of six books and media personality. Michael’s passion is to add value to others through his energetic, interactive training and presentations.

Harris graduated Summa Cum Laude with Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and English from the University of the Virgin Islands in 2016. In Spring 2016, Patrice was named the UVI 2016 Student Employee of the year and UVI 2016 Top Communications student for her work as the News Director for WUVI: UVI’s student ran radio station. Patrice served as the Public Relations Coordinator for the Virgin Islands Carnival Committee from 2017-2018 before leaving to pursue graduate studies.
In 2019, Harris earned a president’s postgraduate scholarship award to complete a Master of Arts in Global Media and Communication at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom where she graduated with a distinction.
Currently Patrice works as the Corporate Communications Manager at the St. Kitts Electricity Company Limited (SKELEC) where she manages and executes several campaigns geared towards improve the relationship between all stakeholders. Harris also regularly practices crisis communications and works assiduously to protect the company’s brand.

Melissa Harris is the CEO and Chief Learning Officer of TTC Training Corporation. She is an accomplished executive, successful entrepreneur, global speaker, and learning and development expert. She founded TTC in 1996 to focus on the ever-evolving development needs of leaders and their front line customer service and major account teams. She leads a network of 800 professional trainers to support large mission-critical projects. She has developed customized training and provided consulting solutions for global companies including WEB Aruba, Jackson Energy Authority, Liberty Global Latin America, Cable & Wireless, SETAR Aruba, Belize Telemedia, GTT Guyana, Viya USVI, and CCT BVI. She has a BBA degree in Marketing and Accounting, an MBA degree in Marketing, and attended the prestigious 2022 Senior Executive Summit at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Previously, she held executive roles at BellSouth Cellular, AT&T, and Verizon including General Manager National Training and Regional Marketing Director.
Melissa is passionate about sharing her love for life-long learning and lives with her family of rescue dogs in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a history buff, art lover, and travel junkie with a goal to have at least one adventure every day.

Paul Moses
Commercial Manager, Dominica Electricity Services Ltd (DOMLEC)
Mr. Paul Moses is the currently the Commercial Manager at the Dominica Electricity Services Limited (DOMLEC). His qualifications include an MBA, Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), and a Certification in Risk Management and Internal Auditing. He previously held executive managerial positions in credit union management, commercial banking, offshore banking, fuel storage, and distribution and sale. He also worked as a financial auditor for nine (9) years. In most of these positions he had chief responsibility for marketing and customer service. He was also a director of a local (Dominican) and a regional commercial bank for about five (5) and four (4) years respectively and Invest Dominica Limited for about four (4) years. Mr. Moses is a husband to a loving wife and a father to two (2) adult sons.

Annabelle Brasnell

Annabelle Brasnell has held the position of Corporate Communications Manager at the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission for 13 years. Her portfolio bridges Corporate Communications and Customer Service and she is responsible for crafting communication strategies as well as influencing policies impacting customers experiences. Annabelle is a former journalist and Director of Corporate Communications at a Government Ministry. She holds Masters degrees in Mass Communications and Business Administration.

Heidi Skerritt
Training & Development Officer
Ms. Heidi Skerritt has over 20 years of experience with a focus on employee development and training. She is currently employed with the Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) as the Training & Development Officer in the Human Resources department. She is a graduate of University of Windsor in Canada with a B.A. in Sociology and holds a diploma in General Management with the University of the West Indies. Ms. Skerritt has attained her certification as a Professional in Human Resources - International™ (PHRi™) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Ms. Skerritt is passionate about “giving-back” to her community. She is involved in various initiatives such as serving as a board member on the Supervisory and Compliance Committee of the Community First Cooperative Credit Union, and committee member of the St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, and the Cathedral of St. John’s the Devine. She is also a member of the Antigua Toastmasters Club. Ms. Skerritt has a passion for travelling to far and distant lands. That curiosity has sparked her love for studying languages such as Spanish and French. Her experiences from travelling, meeting interesting people and engrossing herself in exotic cultures has prompted her to publish a short story. Living with the belief that “We all have a story in us” will help her to share the “stories within her” and realize her dreams of one day publishing a novel of her own.

Dr. Balraj Kistow
Lecturer and Programme Lead, Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business
Dr. Kistow is a Lecturer in the areas of International Business and Accounting and Finance and the Programme Lead for the Master of Finance at the Lok Jack GSB, UWI. He has previously worked in the financial and regulatory sectors. He is one the lead faculty at the Lok Jack GSB in the areas of the 4th Industrial Revolution, SMEs and family run businesses, competitiveness and qualitative research methods and is a Certified Level 2 Cultural Intelligence (CQ) trainer. He has been in teaching, consulting and research for over 20 years and has also been involved in distance education and e-learning for 19 years. He has consulted for international organizations, including the ILO, CARPHA, the IADB and regional governments. Dr. Kistow is an expert in the areas of Strategic Management with over 15 years experience in guiding organization in their strategic planning process, providing training and clinics for SMEs, NGO and corporations both locally and internationally. He has presented at seminars and international conferences in the areas of SMEs, competitiveness and sustainability. He has published in the areas of Sustainable Development, Finance and Accounting, Small Business Management and Distance Learning. His current research focuses on the impact of the 4th Industrialization Revolution on businesses and Qualitative Research Methods.
