Lineworkers Rodeo, Symposium and Field Safety Training

CARILEC’s Lineworkers Rodeo, Symposium, and Field Safety Training is an event dedicated to enhancing the skills, safety, and professional development of Lineworkers across the Caribbean. This event brings together technical professionals for an exciting blend of competition, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on training designed to elevate industry standards and promote a culture of safety and excellence within the energy sector.

The 2025 Lineworkers Rodeo, Symposium and Field Safety Training is being held from April 25 – 27, 2025 in the British Virgin Islands under the theme Informed. Empowered. Safe.

The Symposium offers insightful discussions led by industry experts on the latest advancements in field operations, safety regulations, and emerging technologies. Alternatively, the Field Safety Training sessions provide practical, in-depth learning experiences focused on best practices, hazard prevention, and emergency response. At CARILEC, we ensure that Lineworkers across the region are well trained to meet the demands of the evolving energy landscape, particularly for the adoption and implementation of renewable energy sources and smart grid technologies, as they are at the forefront of these changes.
