The Rodeo simulates high-pressure situations, mirroring the challenges of post-disaster recovery and emergency response. Participants compete in a series of timed events, demonstrating their ability to climb poles, rescue colleagues, and restore power efficiently and safely, all while reinforcing the importance of teamwork and precision.
