               COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS
               Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) is a systematic tool used in assessing the RE investment that is most informative in
               weighing whether the expected benefits justify the costs and that identifies key drivers of each. The optimized
               methodology developed for the feasibility study contains all the key information for the CBA assessment. The
               low uncertainty level benefits identified below indicate that there is greater than 80% probability that the fuel
               station owner, the customers and the utility will benefit significantly from the implementation of a RE solar
               PV and BESS off grid charging station, if implemented.
