                          through the negotiation, contracting, construction
                          and pre-commissioning of the first LPG facility in
                          the Caribbean. During his tenure, WAPA connected
                          over 8 megawatts of generation capacity to its sub
                          transmission grids with the connection of solar
                          facilities in each island district, and successfully
                          negotiated for an additional 8 MW to be added
                          by 2017.
